Important News:
Regarding Bollinger's Dental Plan
We are pleased to announce that in order to better serve
our customers we have made a number of important improvements to our group
dental insurance plan. These changes are being made automatically to
all of our plans and at no additional cost. As of your renewal date,
the following benefit enhancements will be added to your existing plan:

Additional Cleaning and Exam: Plan
participants will now be eligible for three cleanings and exams per
benefit year.

Coverage for Implants: Implants will
now be covered to the same extent as crowns
-
Coverage for Oral Cancer Screenings:
Plan participants will now be eligible for one Vizilite Plus oral cancer
screening every 24 months.
